Mommy & Me MOA day

Piper and I went to the Mall of America today for a mommy and me day since she had the day off of school.  We had a fantastic time together.  We spent most of our time at Nickelodeon Universe going on rides.  Piper won a little fuchsia alien head ball at a game stand and we took a cute photo strip together.  It wasn't anything too crazy, but the MOA at Xmas time is amazingly pretty, and it was nice to have some time together just the two of us.

We went to Noodles for lunch, and the reason I have to post this picture is because Piper swore up and down to me that she would eat a LARGE mac and cheese.  She did eat it.  About 3 whole bites.  I tried to convince her to get a small, because I had a pretty good feeling she wouldn't like it as much as she swore she would.  So, I won't say 'I told you so' but I might say 'Mom usually knows best'. :)
